Sarafina Mitchell, 26, is a newly qualified pharmacist, model, and proud Miss Intercontinental United Kingdom. Combining her passions for healthcare, fashion, and pageantry with a purpose beyond the crown. Her platform, Moving Through It All, was born from her own personal experiences and the challenges she has faced. It focuses on resilience, self-belief, growth, and finding the strength to keep moving forward through life’s difficult seasons. Through her Moving Through It series, Sarafina sits down with fellow pageant queens to share and reflect on their personal life stories, challenges, journeys, and lessons learned. The series creates honest conversations that remind others that behind every crown is a unique story, and that no one is alone in what they have experienced. Sarafina also embraces new experiences and opportunities to encourage others to become their best selves, while supporting and promoting charitable causes, including NHS charities, and using her platform to create a positive impact. Her motto, “If not me, then who?”, reflects her determination to step forward, use her voice, and be the person willing to make a difference. Outside of pharmacy, modelling, and pageantry, Sarafina loves discovering great food, beautiful café spots, and enjoying the little moments. More than a crown, a platform, a purpose, and a reason to keep moving through it all.
