Carissma

Carissma Griffiths is a passionate advocate for confidence, empowerment and the belief that women and disadvantaged groups should never be afraid to take up space, pursue new dreams or reinvent themselves at any stage of life. A woman of many passions, Carissma combines a successful professional career with her love of performing, public speaking, politics and community engagement. In 2024, she took the courageous step of standing for Parliament, motivated by a desire to represent others, challenge perceptions and make a positive difference. With a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, Carissma is equally at home on stage, behind a microphone or addressing an audience. She is an actress, musician and keen motorcyclist, reflecting her belief that a pageant queen does not have to fit into a single mould. As a millennial, she has seen many changes in the world of social media and wants to show both the glamorous, business as well as the realistic side to her personality. Her pageant journey has become an important part of her mission to encourage women to recognise their worth and embrace the qualities that make them unique. For Carissma, a crown is not simply something to wear; it is a platform from which to inspire, connect and create opportunities for others. As Ms Crown & Glory International, she is committed to using her title to champion self-belief, celebrate women from all walks of life and demonstrate that confidence is not about being perfect—it is about having the courage to be unapologetically yourself. Her message is simple: you do not need permission to shine.
