Ms Crown & Glory Ireland 2026 – Alana

My name is Alana, I am 39 years old and I am your current MS Crown and Glory Ireland 2026, I am from county Armagh in N.Ireland. A proud solo parent to a 12 year old boy who lives for rugby and guess what that means, now his mummy does too. I first competed in crown and glory in march 2025 when I was awarded crown and glory Ireland ambassador 2025 I went back this year to compete again and was crowned MS Crown and glory Ireland 2026. I am currently on my pathway to become a kickboxing instructor and a personal trainer, I am here to show everyone no matter what age you are YOU can always go after a new goals or dreams. So set new goals and go after them. I started a platform that I personally feel very passionate about (look before you post) as a person who is never out of the gym I thought this was a perfect platform to spread awareness for, I would love people to think about the people in the background of their videos and photos, they could be somebody who finds the gym their safe place or they might go to the gym because of their mental health but that one photo or video that you have put on social media could actually remove that safe place from them.
